1.What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy?  

InsiderScoop, Inc. ("InsiderScoop") has created this Privacy Policy ("Policy") in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. Queries:

InsiderScoop collects the information contained in queries that you submit to InsiderScoop for purposes of recording the frequency and content of queries and assembling a database of ranked and categorized queries in order to enhance the Services. While InsiderScoop collects and stores the number of queries submitted and the content of such queries, InsiderScoop does not collect and disclose to any third parties the personally identifiable information of users who have submitted such queries. However, InsiderScoop may disclose to third parties the Internet Provider (IP) address from which a query has originated if required to do so by court order, subpoena or other legal process or to enforce the user's compliance with the InsiderScoop's Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you correspond with us via e-mail, we may gather the information in a file specific to you for our reference and administrative purposes.

  URL and IP address:

Like many other Web sites, InsiderScoop collects information about users' utilization and  navigation of our Site. This information helps us to design our Site to better suit our users' needs. For example, our Site may track the URL that you visited before you came to our Site, your IP address and the URL to which you next go.
